Vacuum Relief Concentration Tank

Applictaion£º
¡øThis equipment is mainly used for concentration and evaporation of liq-
uid material in such fields as phamaceutical,chemical and light industry etc.,
as well as for distilled recovery process of organic soution media like alc0-
hol etc.
Working Principle£º
¡øMaterial is flowed or vacuum extracted into the concentration tank at a
height reaching center of observance mirror on the tank,and neared by steam
inside the jacket,raising steam produced therefrom is bach flow controlled
by condenser I according to different tanks ,Industrial solvent (ex.Alcohol)
will be finally obtained in liquid receiving tank after flowed through con-
denser 2 and cooler. This equipment can be operated under normal or relief
pressure intermittently or continuously.When used for continuous production,
flow neter is required on feeding pipe. During continuous relief production,
material outlet shall not be performed before concentration tank has been
recovered to normal pressure.
