GFG Series High Effcient Fluidizing Drier
 Main Application
¡øThis drier is suitable for drying granulate materials with diameter from 0.1 to 6
mm in pharmaceutical, food and light industries.
Working Principle
¡øThe heated and purified air is sucked into the container where it fluidizes through
screen plate under the action of stirring and negative pressure. Moisture in the
materials will vapour rapikly when the vapoured moisture is discharged through
the exhaust pipe.

¡øThe matter container is sealed with pneumatic bag with advantage of convenient,
quick and reliable operation.
¡ø The container contains a stirring unit inside with which the materials have better-
fluidization without dead area so that drying is even and quick.
¡ø Tippling unloading is used so that it operates quickly and conveniently.
¡ø Drying is quick with 20 to 30 minutes per lot.
¡ø Adopt butterfly closue head featuring small wind age and no dead area. Operation
is carried out under sealing condition without any pollution so that it meets re-
quirements of GMP.
