XF Series Box-shaped Fluidizing Drier
 Heating method
¡øThe drier is heated by means of steam or elec-
tric power, and also heated with hot air di-
rectly form rule-& coal-burning hot air
furnace.
Application scope
¡øFluidizing drier is also called fiuidization
bed. Through continuously improvement
over 30 years, it has widely applied in the
fields of pharmaceutics, chemicals,
foodstuff, processing grain etc. For
example, the dehumidification and drying
of powder and granular materials such as
bulk pharmaceutical, granular patent
medicines, preparations, feed, plastic resin
etc. The granular diameter shall be withinn
the range from 0.1 to 6 mm and the best
from 0.5 to 3 mm.
Working Principle
¡øworking principle is that the clean & hot air enters into fluidization bed through distributor of valve plate.
The wet material fed from feeder will be formed a fluidization state by hot air (jumping within the bed
like boiling water),so it is called fiuidizing drier or machine, Because of the wide contact between hot air
and materials, their drying time is shorter. The air enters from one end of bed, through "boiling" several
minutes, and then comes out automatically from its another end. The drier is also applicable for thermal
sensitive materials as a result of very short drying time and lower temperature of maaterial proper.
Installation Explanation
¡ø Fluidizing bed, cyclone separator and cloth bag dust remover should be palced on the flat concrete ground,
and no foundation screws needed. The fan with underframe and foundationscrews may be installed in-
door or outdoors. The plan can be adjustd slightly in accordance with the practical conditions.
¡øNo air should leak in air pipe system to be free from the influence on drying efficiency.

* The drying ability is measured on the basis of the primary and final moisture contents of 20% and 5% respectively of drying plum crystal and air intake temperature at 130~C The tryng ability of other materials will be based on The practical drying condition.
* * "Heating energy consumption": Steam or electric power may be used independently.
