| Working principle |
1.The working principle is shown as in the diagram. Materials in hopper should be evenly
spread in 12-60 meshes belt made from stainless steelwire by feeder and then moved
inside the drier by driving device. The drier is compose of several inits. Hot air should
circulate indepen, dently in each unit, partial tail gas exhasted by special moisture ex-
tracting fan no.4 and waste gas exhausted in each unit controlled by regulating valve. In
upper circulating unit, air come from circulating fan no.5 should enter into lowr chamber
of unit from side air channel, then upflow and pass heater no.7 for heating, spraying air
flow be formed to blow towards the mesh belt after distributed through distributor no.6
and then penetrate materials and enter into the upper chamben The drying process is the
process of which hot air to penetrate material layer and undertake trasmission between
heat and quality. The uper chamber is connected by air pipe and fan entrance. Most of air
should circulate and part of lower temperature & higher moisture air should be exhausted
as gas through moisture extracting pipe, regulating valve and moisture extracting fan. In
lower eirculating unit, air come from circulating fan should firstly enter into upper
chamber, downflow and pass heater for heating, penetrate maerials and go into the lower
chamber connected by the side air channel and air return pipe & fan entrance. Most of air
should circulate and part of air exhausted. The upper & lower circulating units and their
numbers can be freely provided and arranged respectively at customer's request.
2.Three series devices called the primary, intermediate and final drying sections are gener-
ally used for dewatering vegetable. In the primary section, material spreading which is
thinner in thickness, faster in ruming speed and higher in dried moisture should be adopted
due to its high moisture content and poor permeability. In this section, drying air tem-
perature may exceed 120~C. The staying time of material in the final drying section
should be three to six times of that in the primary drying secion and its material spread-
ing thickness be two to four times of that in the primary drying section. The drying air at
about 80≧ should be used if the temperature for material is required not to exceed 60~C.
The belt type drier can be brought into full play in its performance and dry materials
uniformly should the combination of multisections be adopted.
