Main applicatinos and its features
¡øThe series dry granulating set makes powder chemical raw mate-
rial become granule product met the requirements of customer through
the procedures of air removing, pressing flakiness, processing gran-
ule and sieving powder. All parts contacted with raw material are made
of stainless steel or titanium. It has good property of corrosion resistant.
Scope of application
¡ølso-cyanuric acid chloride (including sodium isocyanurate dichloride,
sodium isocyanurate trichloride) is kinds of derivative of cyanuric acid.
It is bleacher with high effect, low toxic, broad-spectrum and
disinfection. Chlorine-alkali enterprises, white carbon industry, chemi-
cal fertilizer enterprises.
Principle of work
¡øThe dried powder raw materials will be ted from the top of dry granulator,
then enters into flaking machine where becomes flakiness through extruding by
double-roller in the flaking machine. The flakiness raw material will be made
into the needed granule product through the procedures of crushing, processing
granule and sieving powder and so on.
¡ø Because the shaping of raw material is through mechanical compression, it
does not destroy the chemical property of raw material and decrease the effec-
tive content of product. Because the total productive process is carried out in
sealed state and no impurity enters into it, the purity of product is high and no
pollution to environment. The productive precess is automatic. It is suitable for
production in a large scale.
